York Pond is a shallow, weedy pond which is very well suited for warmwater fisheries management. Catchable size brook trout are stocked each spring to provide a seasonal fishery, but these trout cannot survive the warm water temperatures during the summer.
No public access exists to this pond, however carry-in access is permitted through a development off the York Woods Road (Rt. 91).
