Comment: yes it is. it is the reservoir for Braintree and Randolph but no one cares that you fish there. theres no boat access I don't believe tho. I parked right oon west street and walked across the street through a trail that was 2 mins long. the area I fished had two small ponds and then the great pond all within 30 feet of eachother
