Review: The Baker River is known for it's Trout fishing. If you are anywhere in the area of the Baker and would like to find a new Trout spot this is it. The Baker also has an abundance of Suckers, especially White Suckers. I personally have seen a 3 pound White Sucker pulled out of this river which is about as big as they get in NH so if you've never caught a Sucker this may be the place to go and try for the Trout due to the fact that while fishing for Trout, you just may catch a BIG Sucker!
