New to the board. Just started to use baitcasters after pretty much being scared away from them for a long time. Found that the learning curve wasn't as bad as I thought but I will say this they are definitely more challenging.
What is your preference and why? I heard you should be able to cast farther with a baitcaster but I can't. I think maybe I just need more practice.
