Caught some nice pollock, but unfortunately we did not do nearly as well as we usually do for this time of year. Anyone else fish with them?

Construction for a few miles on main pull-offs NB, I fished it for 3 hours-ish and didn't see much. Covered a wide range and matched the few hatches that came on and didn't see any bigger than a sardine. Going to try some CT River Tributaries this weekend , just rained finally hopefully I can find a few.

Caught a couple nice smallmouth using crawfish from shore at public boat launch. If u have boat the sunken logs near beach at hawthorn village will yield some monsters using hellgramites or crawfish

Using crawfish fishing from public boat launch . there are also a lot of sunken logs throughout the lake that will yield good size smallmouth.

Technology has helped anglers tremendously over the years. Weather it be fish finders, underwater cameras or the tech that goes into creating top notch rod and reels. But more recently, there have been a lot of fishing apps coming out that are extremely powerful tools for all anglers. There are apps that provide solunar tables, bass fishing forecasts, help identify fish and teach you how to tie knots. The team at US Fish Finder has also created our own fishing log app to help anglers keep track of their trips and catches in a simple to use interface. The Fish Nuggets App automatically captures location and weather for your catch while you just need to enter the species. The app is currently available as a beta release so make sure to check it out.
